Crew management: Manage your crew and their availability. Pencil and confirm crew or leave placeholders.
Key dates: Add key date details and respective crew.
Projects: Manage your project's crew members and their key dates.
Exports: Easily generate spreadsheets and documents from the projects and key dates you have created.
Contacts: Import contacts under a specific project and access them through all your projects with that company. Export contacts on a project or individual crew member basis.
Settings: Manage single or multiple production companies.

The future

We are constantly adding more functions to CallShoot to streamline processes involved in setting up and running a production.
