CallShoot lets you easily manage a single or multiple projects. Once setup, start by adding pencilled crew or crew placeholders. You can then add key dates and their respective details. Have an over view of all the members involved in a specific project and export project wide documents.
Manage every key date
Whether you are working on a simple one day shoot or a complex shoot that involves setup and multiple shoots you can assign a key date for each of these. You will then be able to add crew under each key date and assign specific needs such as individual call/wrap times, catering and accreditation types.
Crew insights
Your crew details are carried over from project to project under the same production company or “workspace” saving you time when needing to find out details such as rates, dietary requirements or whether they have a diary service or agent. You will also get an insight to the projects they have worked on with you in the past. These can also be exported to vCard or added to your phone by simply scanning a QR code.
Generate multiple XLS and DOC documents
Once you have your project setup you can easily generate a series of spreadsheets and documents for use on your shoots. These run from accreditation and crew lists, through catering lists with dietary breakdowns.
